Q1. How do I join your network?
A. You may join our network by calling 1-800-669-8682 or by clicking here. It's quick and easy!
Q2. How many practitioners are in your network?
A. We are proud to say we currently have over 5,000 practitioners participating in our network nationwide. We are represented in every area of the U.S. and are continuing to expand.
Q3. Does it cost me anything to join CHG?
A. No! The enrollment into CHG is absolutely free. You will instantly gain access to millions of members through 100 plus healthcare marketers via their web sites and call centers. As well as marketing efforts from CHG along with our selected partners. You will also have access to discounts from our exclusive partnerships in the chiropractic community and have the opportunity to participate in our wellness and nutrition programs!
Q4. I already offer cash discounts to my patients. Will I need to discount them further according to your discount program?
A. Great question... and the answer is NO! The discount is generated off of your standard fee! This is no lose situation for you, you will attract more cash patients and gain access to incredible discounts, state-of-the-art programs and world-class service!
Q5. What does CHG's partnership with Careington mean for my practice?
A. With the announcement of this powerful alliance, your practice will now have access to more members nationwide then ever before.
Questions from Our Chiro Access Members...
Q1. How do I enroll in the Chiro Access Program?
A. Enrolling is EASY! Simply call 1-800-669-8682 for a customer service representative or click here to enroll online!
Q2. Is Chiro Access an insurance plan?
A. No. Chiro Access provides you pre-negotiated discounts on Chiropractic care through participating providers in our network. There are no forms to fill out and no exclusions due to pre-existing conditions. You simply pay for the services you receive at a discounted rate!
Q3. Who is covered on my plan?
A. If you have purchased the individual plan you are the only one covered. If you purchased the family plan, then you, your spouse, your children and anyone living in your household are covered, and can receive the same great rates!
Q4. How often can I visit my provider?
A. As many times as you like! You will receive unlimited access to your chiropractor's services. In fact, we encourage you to use your card often to take full advantage of all chiropractic has to offer!
Q5. What if my provider is not in your network?
A. We have chosen our doctors carefully. But we are sure there are fine doctors we have missed along the way. If your provider is not in our network, simply let them know you are a member with us and call our customer service line at 1-800-669-8682. We will contact your provider on your behalf and we will extend an invitation for them to join CHG for you!
Q6. Am I receiving the doctor's best price?
A. We have negotiated the best cash discount our doctors can provide. However, our doctors do, on occasion, run specials for their patients. When you are checking in, let them know you are a member of CHG and ask them if there are any other specials going on at that time. This way you are insured of receiving the best possible price during your visit.
Q7. What if I lose my card?
A. We recommend you keep your card in a safe place. But if you happen to lose it don't worry, simply call a customer service representative at 1-800-669-8682 and we will be happy to send you a replacement card.
